Office Assistant

We are excited to announce another new opportunity to join our team at M P Chartered Architects! We are currently seeking a Full Time Office Assistant to support our Admin and Architectural team in Ongar, Essex.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the daily running and operation of our office runs smoothly. We are looking for a responsible individual with strong accurate typing skills and excellent organisation and communication skills on all levels.

While knowledge of architecture and design is desirable, it is not essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have both education and practical experience as an administrator and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
