Associate Level Senior Architect
Job Specification
A Qualified Architect with a minimum of 10 years of post-Part 3 professional architectural design experience working in the UK. The ability to make strategic and managerial decisions and be eager to carry out new job visits, that contribute to the development and business growth of the practice.
Proficiency in Revit and Autocad.
Ability to carry out feasibility studies, design proposals and construction detailing as well as experience running construction projects on site in RIBA stages 1-7.
Proven exceptional design skills with demonstrable experience in highly serviced, complex projects.
Thorough understanding of planning and building control requirements and the ability to demonstrate experience of all RIBA project stages, administration of contracts, and site management of small – medium new housing developments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and liaise with the clients and external consultants, attending design team meetings, and ensure that the design projects are on schedule and in budget.
Valid UK driving license.
Competitive salary, dependent on experience and capabilities.
