Each member of our team brings a unique perspective and skill set to the table, allowing us to approach architectural challenges with innovation and expertise. Architectural Excellence in Essex

As architects based in Essex, we take immense pride in contributing to the architectural landscape of this vibrant county. Over the 38 years, we have had the privilege of working on over 3000 projects that have transformed spaces and enriched communities.

On this World Architecture Day, we would like to showcase a few of our recent projects that we are particularly proud of:

Excellent Extensions – This is a breathtaking ground-floor extension that created extra living space, a beautifully secluded dining area and large sliding glass doors that gracefully open out onto the stunning garden and pool area. This project brief aimed to deliver a harmonious flow between the inside of the home and its outdoor surroundings.

The architectural design and build provided the perfect space to incorporate a family lounge, a beautiful kitchen and a cosy dining area, whilst offering stunning views of the garden and pool.

Luxury New Homes – Our architectural brief was to design and obtain planning permission for a harmonious pair of new-build detached family homes. Our goal was to craft two distinct yet complementary residences that seamlessly blend into the neighbourhood’s aesthetic. An exciting challenge was to ensure that each property exudes individual charm while maintaining harmonious visual coherence. The result is a pair of captivating homes of distinctive character, where every detail is thoughtfully tailored to its counterpart.

Bungalow Transformation – Once a small, single-story detached bungalow this home now proudly stands as a two-story detached house, offering enhanced living spaces and captivating features.

A thoughtfully designed first floor hosts two bedrooms and a bathroom and also provides a peaceful space to retreat and unwind. One of the bedrooms features a raised inset balcony, offering a great place to enjoy the picturesque garden view.

The combination of our expert architectural design and functional layout has transformed this bungalow into a remarkable detached house, tailored to meet the needs of modern living.

Historical Restoration – Experts in barn conversions and listed buildings, we took on the challenge of restoring a historic Netherhouse farm building, preserving its architectural heritage while upgrading it to meet modern standards and incorporating several other new homes. This project was a labour of love, and we are thrilled with this stunning collection of barn conversions.
