Brief
Following the success of Paslow Common Farm, we were appointed by Founthill Developments on a second Essex site, Woodside Farm. Planning permission had again been secured prior to acquisition, and our role was to develop the approved scheme into a fully coordinated, build-ready design.

Our Approach
We managed the discharge of planning conditions and reviewed the approved proposals in detail, identifying opportunities to refine and enhance the design. A Variation of Conditions application was submitted to allow these improvements to be formally approved.

Working closely with the wider consultant team, we prepared detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring all architectural, structural, and servicing elements were fully coordinated and aligned with the overall design intent.

Outcome
The final scheme delivers nine contemporary homes across five distinct house types, unified by a cohesive architectural language. The project was progressed efficiently from planning approval through to construction-ready information, providing Founthill Developments with a robust and well-coordinated technical package to support delivery on site.
