This project has taken approximately 4 years to complete and involved a total refurbishment and extension of the Kings Head, to provide a large 100 seater restaurant with attached bar areas.

It involved blocking off the existing car park and drive through and formulating a new entrance and car park to the rear. This involved detailed meetings with the historic buildings officer, landscape architects, dealing with flood risk issues and the interior design to achieve a building which Ongar will be proud of.
