This house had been extended previously in the past. We were asked by the client if there was any way of adding a good sized family room. Due to planning restrictions the only way to get permission was by doing a Certificate of Lawful Development application off the rear wall of the original dwelling. The client wanted an oak framed garden room with exposed oak beams and a large glazed lantern.

You can see that the finish is to an incredibly high standard and we are really happy with the finished result.
