Our client purchased a semi-detached property in Loughton with the idea of adding an additional property to the side to make best use of the large wrap around garden. Our designers were able to create a very large 3 double bedroom, end of terrace property spread over three floors.

On the ground floor, there is a living room to the front, with a large hallway. To the rear is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with bi-folding doors to the rear and side windows making this a very light and airy space.

On the first floor, there are two large double bedrooms, both with very large ensuite bathrooms. The landing is light and spacious making sure that the building does not feel cramped. The staircase leading to the second floor has a roof light above it, providing light into this space. The top floor bedroom is also a good sized, also with an ensuite bathroom.

The plans were approved by the council with no hassle. This is something that we carry out often, and we are very familiar with local policies which meant we were able to offer accurate advice to our client.
