MP Chartered Architects were approached by the owners of this property to create much needed additional living and bedroom space. There was a large double garage which was demolished, and then a large two storey side extension and single storey rear extension were constructed to create a modern open plan living space with views over the garden. A new master bedroom was constructed on the first floor with a Juliette balcony to the rear.

To the front, the clients wanted a modern and large entrance to the property. A double storey glazed entrance was granted to allow plenty of light and a grand appearance to the property. The property has been completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the result.
