Working in collaboration with our client a local property developer, our recent architectural expertise can be seen in this exceptional elegant pairing.

Our architectural brief was to design and obtain planning permission for a harmonious pair of new-build detached family homes. Our goal was to craft two distinct yet complementary residences that seamlessly blend into the neighbourhood’s aesthetic.

An exciting challenge to ensure that each property exudes individual charm while maintaining harmonious visual coherence. The result is a pair of captivating homes of distinctive character, where every detail is thoughtfully tailored to its counterpart.

As you step inside, a spacious reception hall, luxury living awaits. The open-plan design seamlessly merges the kitchen, lounge, study, and a convenient ground-floor cloakroom. This layout is meticulously designed to enhance everyday living and entertaining.
