The architectural design directive from the client was to create an additional ground floor room for their listed building home.
Our initial approach was a traditional orangery style space, however, the listed building officer requested something more modern.
We agreed with the client to design a space that would stand out in contrast to the period home with a modern style.
This glass garden room extension was built with lightweight and sustainable aluminum material and incorporates a series of large glass panels lending itself to beautiful views of the garden.
The stunning original brickwork of the initial period home looks fantastic with this new contemporary addition.
Our expert team managed the project from concept to completion and the client is exceptionally happy with the result.
