Flats – Waltham Abbey
Project Specifics
This project was for two developers who have a broad portfolio of properties in Essex.
The aim was to create 6, high specification flats that would provide a lucrative return on investment.
Set on a large plot in Waltham Abbey, the scope to create a great development was an exciting prospect.
After a long planning battle and two appeals with the local planning office, we secured permission to build 4, one-bedroom apartments and 2, two-bedroom apartments.
Planning permission was granted for our sympathetic architectural design. We designed an apartment building that resembled a pair of detached houses, with a discreet link in the middle for access. This ensured that the architectural style was in keeping with other properties on the road.
Each apartment was finished to a high standard internally, with ev-charging points and off-street parking.
