Gobians Farm Chase Construction is to start on a new development of three unique new houses, within an area of Billericay, Essex. Two conversions are of agricultural buildings and the third is a new house on the grounds of former chicken sheds, with Essex Barn-style garages. The construction period will be ten months and the three new houses will be available for sale in Spring.
