This section of land was a redundant piece of garden lane. In 1989 a scheme for three houses was approved but never implemented.

In 2018 we were appointed by our client to obtain permission again, however due to policy changes since the original request permission could not be granted.

An appeal was subsequently refused, so we submitted a scheme for a pair of semi-detached houses. The council again rejected the scheme, nonetheless, through several discussions and meetings with planners, we overcame the issues raised, and permission was granted for a duo of matching semi-detached houses.

This pair of beautiful homes have been completed internally and externally to a very high standard offering 900 sq. ft. of luxury accommodation, generous living space, off-street parking, and an electric car charging point.  These properties are now on the market looking at a desirable return on investment.
