Originally a single-storey bungalow was situated on this site. The property was surrounded by a number of chalet bungalows, single-storey bungalows and double-storey houses. Our brief was to modernise and maximise the site for family living and a good financial return.

We designed a duo of matching semi-detached houses, each with four bedrooms, and high-level downstairs living accommodation.

Unfortunately, the application was refused at the first parish committee meeting. However, armed with our close relationship with the local Planning Officer, our knowledge, and our expertise, we took the application to appeal, and consent for the scheme was granted.
