This newly constructed bungalow was part of a site which we developed to maximise the plot. The front was developed to create two large detached houses, whilst the rear of the plot was utilised to house a bungalow. Epping Forest council have introduced a policy where they do not like the loss of bungalows and as this plot had a bungalow to the front which was demolished, we had to provide a bungalow to the rear of the plot to make up for this.

We worked closely with the council to come up with a suitable scheme, and this was the third scheme and was accepted by the council. The bungalow has two bedrooms on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area to the rear which accesses the large wrap around garden.
