This plot in North Weald originally had a large, detached bungalow situated on it. Initially. We worked with a local developer to obtain planning permission to construct a smaller house on a portion of the plot, and this was built first.

Subsequently, we collaborated further with the developer to secure consent for demolishing the existing bungalow and pool structure. The plan was to build a new detached house along with a pair of semi-detached houses. This process took 3-4 years due to issues involving Epping Forest and the Special Area of Conservation (SAC). Meticulous attention to detail and our architectural expertise resulted in full planning permission being granted.

We are delighted with the result. A fantastic return on investment for our client and great kerb appeal for the road.
