Working with one of our key developers, this exciting ‘change of use project’ has exceeded expectations.

Our Architectural support was required to convert an existing office building into 4 stunning apartments. A secluded apartment development, compromising four 2-bed homes, finished to an exceptionally high quality.  Spacious living areas with open plan kitchens and perfectly sized bedrooms, all enjoying gated off-street parking.

Working closely with the Developer and Epping Forest District Council planning office, this project was completed under a ‘Prior Approval’ process.
