This was once an empty site with a large amount of hard standing. Located just off of Loughton high street it was a prime position to build a block of flats for local people and commuters.

The building was designed so that it didn’t overlook any neighbouring properties, this was done by inserting angled walls with windows facing away from the neighbours. The flats are above ground with a ground floor parking area supported by concrete reinforced columns.

In total there are 12 flats within the building.
