This property was once a very boring house, which had been added to over several years and was not very functional. We were approached to enhance the property, extend it, re-model it, to make it look like a new house. The majority of the property was demolished with only 2 walls remaining, which meant that we could maximise the potential of this plot. We extended to the side, to the rear and into the loft and created a 7-bedroom detached property.

The facade of the property was completely altered from a rendered property to have brick walls to the ground floor and Tudor boarding and render to the first floor. A large gable was added to the rear which allowed us to create a balcony for the master bedroom to give views of the garden.
