MP Chartered Architects were approached by the owners of the above site. On it lied a 3 bedroom detached home, which was far too small for the plot.

Working with the clients and the planners we were able to get permission to demolish the existing property and construct a 5 bedroom detached family home. The home has been built to an extremely high standard combining modern and traditional architecture.

The property boasts two reception rooms, a large open plan kitchen, a living and dining area, a utility room and a garage on the ground floor. Three double bedrooms all with en-suites and a master bedroom on the first floor and then a further bedroom and cinema room on the second floor.
