Our clients requested our support to convert a large-sized bungalow set on a beautiful private estate, into a spacious and luxurious home for their family.

They needed our Architectural services to design and secure planning permission for lengthening the roof and two large single-story extensions.

Our design concept incorporated the space that the family needed and the facility for the home to be flooded with an abundance of natural light

The living areas needed to benefit from stunning views. This was achieved by incorporating a large, glazed gable to fill the triangular roof pitch. This feature connected the home seamlessly to the rolling Essex countryside. The addition of a stunning balcony leading from the master suite offers further sweeping views of the wonderful garden and beyond.

By managing this project on-site from concept to completion ensured that the internal remodel and refurbishment were finished with a high level of interior design, resulting in an exceptional, six-bedroom family home, complete with extensive living, leisure, and entertainment areas including a cinema and games room.
