Creating The Perfect Annexe

After working with our client on converting a large barn into their stunning family home, they requested our services again to design and arrange the planning for a spacious annexe on their land.
The main Essex countryside property, set on green belt land, had an existing collection of disused pig sheds that showed great potential to develop the perfect annexe.
Our design and planning application used the footprint and volume of the original disused outbuildings to obtain permission for a new build detached annexe. This is now a delightful, newly built and self-contained, entertaining area.
This beautiful outbuilding has been furnished and decorated with high-end interiors and is a wonderful place our clients can enjoy to its fullest potential with their friends and family.
